Terms of service
1. About the tool
LabClips Publisher (the "tool") is a private publishing application operated by Ultralyssa Labs. It uploads and schedules videos to TikTok and YouTube accounts owned by Ultralyssa Labs. It is not a public service and no one else may register or connect an account.
2. Platform terms
Use of the tool is also governed by the platforms it connects to. By connecting an account you agree to:
- the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy;
- the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Content
Every video is reviewed and approved by the operator before publication, with a preview, the destination account and an editable caption shown at the point of approval. Only content the operator owns, is licensed to use or is authorised to publish is uploaded. The tool does not add watermarks or branding to videos.
4. Availability
The tool is provided as is, for the operator's own use, with no guarantee of availability.
5. Privacy
Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
