Privacy policy
This policy explains how LabClips Publisher (the "tool"), operated by Ultralyssa Labs ("we", "us"), handles data. The tool is a private publishing application used only with accounts owned by Ultralyssa Labs. It is not offered to the public.
Data we access
When an account is connected through TikTok or Google sign-in, the tool may access:
- Basic account information, such as display name, avatar and account or channel ID.
- Permission to upload videos and set their titles, captions, privacy settings and related options.
- Statistics for videos published by the connected account, such as view counts.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok or Google.
The tool does not access private messages, contacts, comments from other users, payment details or any account not owned by Ultralyssa Labs.
How we use it
- To publish videos the operator has approved to the connected account.
- To show which account a video will be posted to before publishing.
- To track the performance of the operator's own videos.
We do not use the data for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to publishing and measuring the operator's own content.
Storage and security
Tokens and statistics are stored on a privately operated server in the United Kingdom, with access restricted to the operator. Tokens are encrypted at rest and data is never transmitted to anyone other than TikTok or Google as part of normal API use.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties. Data is sent only to TikTok or Google when the tool calls their APIs.
Google API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
TikTok
The tool uses the TikTok Content Posting API. TikTok's handling of data is covered by the TikTok Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only while an account remains connected. Access can be revoked at any time:
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions
When access is revoked or an account is disconnected, stored tokens are deleted within 7 days and associated statistics within 30 days. Deletion can also be requested by email.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
